Shipping policy

Magswitch ships all packages on EXW shipping terms. We will ship your package within 2 business days (excludes Holiday schedule) of order received. During the holiday season, expect UPS or USPS to deliver your package(s) slower than usual as their estimated arrival date is only an estimate. If your package is delayed because it is stuck with UPS or USPS, contact your local post office. Magswitch is not responsible for shipment delays or damages caused by acts of nature and/or postal carriers such as UPS or USPS.

All items mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
