Rose Crompton has joined the Expanding Magswitch team as Director of Human Resources & Administration
Superior, Colorado – January 2026 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Rose Crompton as Director of Human Resources & Administration. Reporting directly to Stephen De Bever, Chief Executive Officer, Rose will lead the company’s global HR and administrative functions, supporting Magswitch’s continued growth across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Rose brings extensive experience in global human resources leadership, operations, and compliance within fast-paced, multi-national environments. In her role, she will oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative responsibilities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. She will also play a key role in building scalable systems and processes that align with Magswitch’s business objectives and global workforce strategy.
In addition to human resources leadership, Rose will manage administrative operations across the organization, including corporate insurance programs, legal and compliance documentation, vendor management, office operations, and support for Board of Director activities. She will collaborate closely with Finance and executive leadership on labor cost budgeting, administrative expenditures, and operational governance, while helping implement new tools and technologies, including HRIS and AI-enabled HR solutions—to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Prior to joining Magswitch, Rose held senior HR leadership roles across a range of industries, supporting geographically dispersed teams and complex regulatory environments. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong knowledge of employment law, and ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution during periods of growth and organizational change.
