Superior, Colorado – January 2026 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce that Gregory Bohler has joined the company as Business Development Manager, Automation, covering Indiana. Gregory will report to Tom Slawnyk, Vice President of the Americas, and will support the continued expansion of Magswitch’s automation business across key industrial markets in the region.
Gregory brings more than 25 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background spanning sales, engineering, custom machine building, robotics, and control systems. His career includes roles in automation component sales, system integration, specialty machine design, and executive leadership—providing him with a practical, solutions-driven approach to supporting customers and partners.
Most recently, Gregory served as Vice President of Automation at Odiz Safety, LLC, where he led quoting, project management, electrical system design, and programming of industrial safety and specialty machine systems from concept through installation. He collaborated closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver compliant, cost-effective safety solutions while supporting new product development and company growth.
Previously, Gregory spent eight years with Panasonic Industrial Automation as Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes Region, where he was responsible for Indiana, Michigan, and western Kentucky. During his tenure, he grew regional market share by more than 135% and ranked among the company’s top performers in laser marker sales, while also supporting the full industrial automation product portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held multiple leadership and engineering roles at Glaze Tool & Engineering, where he helped expand robotics capabilities, launch new product development initiatives, and significantly increase annual machine sales.
In his new role at Magswitch, Gregory will focus on developing new business opportunities across Indiana, supporting OEMs, integrators, and end users, and delivering magnetic automation solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and productivity in manufacturing environments.
“Greg’s deep technical background and hands-on experience across automation, robotics, and machine building make him a strong addition to our team,” said Tom Slawnyk, Vice President of the Americas. “His understanding of the Indiana manufacturing market will be a valuable asset as we continue to grow our automation business.”
“I’m excited to join Magswitch Technologies and support customers across Indiana with innovative magnetic automation solutions,” said Gregory Bohler. “Magswitch’s technology aligns well with my background, and I look forward to helping manufacturers improve performance and safety.”
