Magswitch Technologies Welcomes David Rababy as Business Development Manager, Automation
Superior, Colorado – November 2025 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of David Rababy as Business Development Manager, Automation. With nearly two decades of experience in E-Mobility, automation, high-power electrical systems, and strategic business development, David brings extensive technical depth and a proven record of driving market expansion across North America.
David joins Magswitch from Stäubli Electrical Connectors, where he spent 17 years progressing through four promotions to ultimately lead the North American E-Mobility division. In his most recent role as Head of Sales – E-Mobility, he managed a regional team, built long-term strategic plans aligned with global initiatives, and developed a pipeline exceeding $150 million across EV, commercial vehicle, charging infrastructure, and port/mining electrification markets.
Prior to this role, David held multiple Director-level business development positions supporting automation, test & measurement, alternative energy, and industrial segments. He worked closely with engineering, R&D, operations, and finance to guide product roadmaps, strengthen organizational structures, and execute major cross-functional initiatives. Earlier in his tenure, he drove Stäubli’s automation business from 5% to 100% market share with major automotive OEMs while doubling automation sales in his first year.
