Magswitch Welcomes Joshua Neal as Business Development Manager, Automation – TN /GA
Superior, Colorado – January 2026 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce that Joshua Neal has joined the company as Business Development Manager, Automation, covering Tennessee and Georgia. Joshua will report to Tom Slawnyk, Vice President of the Americas, and will support the continued growth of Magswitch’s automation business across the Southeast region.
Joshua has more than a decade of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background in application engineering, product management, and solution-based sales. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex automation technologies into practical, up-time-driven solutions that deliver value to customers across manufacturing environments.
Most recently, Joshua served as Automation Product Manager at Southern Fluid Power, where he managed business plans, sales strategies, and technical support for multiple automation manufacturers and technologies. In this role, he worked closely with customers and sales teams to develop market-driven solutions, support new product introductions, and grow automation adoption across the region.
Earlier in his career, Joshua held the role of Applications Engineer at Southern Fluid Power, supporting outside sales representatives and customers with pneumatic, electrical, and control system solutions. His firsthand experience in engineering support, combined with his strong communication and relationship-building skills, allows him to effectively engage with both plant-floor personnel and leadership teams.
In his new role at Magswitch, Joshua will focus on developing new business opportunities across Tennessee and Georgia, supporting OEMs, integrators, and end users, and expanding the adoption of Magswitch’s magnetic automation solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity.
