Magswitch Technologies Welcomes Carey Dupuy as Business Development Manager, Heavy Lifting Systems
Superior, Colorado – October 2025 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of Carey Dupuy as Business Development Manager, Heavy Lifting Systems. With more than 25 years of experience leading sales and marketing initiatives across North America, Carey brings a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users.
In his new role, Carey will focus on expanding Magswitch’s presence in the heavy lifting sector, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for automation and material handling solutions. His deep understanding of industrial systems, coupled with his expertise in value-based selling and customer relationship management, will further strengthen Magswitch’s position as a global leader in magnetic lifting technology.
Before joining Magswitch, Carey served as North American Director of Sales and Marketing at Weber Screwdriving Systems, Inc., where he achieved record-breaking sales and led a team of regional sales directors and independent representatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Before that, he held key sales leadership roles at ESAB Welding and Cutting Products and Honeywell Safety Products, consistently ranking among the top performers nationwide.
