Superior, Colorado – June 2026 – Magswitch Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Broadhead as General Manager, APAC, reporting directly to Stephen De Bever, CEO of Magswitch Technologies. Based in Australia, Ben will lead the company’s commercial growth initiatives across the APAC region, with an initial focus on Australia, followed by select markets within Southeast Asia.
In this role, Ben will be responsible for strengthening and expanding Magswitch’s presence across fabrication, heavy lift systems, and automation markets throughout the region. He will oversee regional business development, channel expansion, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives aligned with the company’s broader long-term growth objectives.
Ben brings more than 26 years of experience in technical sales, operational leadership, and business development across APAC, the United States, and Europe. Throughout his career, he has led market expansion initiatives, developed distribution channels, and supported growth strategies for international industrial manufacturers across Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently, Ben held a senior APAC commercial leadership role where he directed regional sales strategy and operational initiatives across industrial and mining sectors. During his tenure, he helped lead a significant global supply chain transition while supporting broader market expansion efforts throughout the region. His background also includes extensive experience in technical consulting, product commercialization, channel development, and strategic customer growth across manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
